Did you know that we have 21 Luna Belle Beauty Hair and Makeup Artists that work with us in the Reno, Lake Tahoe, Sacramento, and even Los Angeles area? 21 fantastic souls that know the ins and outs of bridal hair and wedding makeup. This month, we will get to know five of our artists.  

 

Nancy Rice, Master Artist, Gardnerville

Our owner, Nancy, is very meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to makeup. She loves to learn and grow as an artist. She has 14 years of experience as a makeup artist. She founded her company in 2018 and has never looked back. Luna Belle Beauty has even won the Couples Choice Awards 5 years in a row! Her favorite makeup look is creating a bronze, dewy glow. While she has worked all over the industry, her favorite is bridal makeup because she gets to be part of something special and everlasting. Her emphasis is to not change a face, but to enhance a woman’s natural beauty.      

 

Melony Cox, Reno

Melony has a unique style and personality. She is dedicated to creating unique and beautiful looks for every bride. Melony is a licensed cosmetologist in New York and Nevada. From cuts and colors to extensions and updos, there isn’t a hair style that she cannot pull off for your special day. 

 

 

Laura Brown,  Genoa

Laura has been with the Luna Belle Beauty team since the beginning. She has been doing hair for over 7 years now and this is her 6th wedding season. Laura is willing to go above and beyond on every job she has. Nothing phases her and she is great with last minute decisions. When it comes to doing hair, Laura is a hard worker and goes the extra mile to make our clients feel extra special. Laura thrives on doing sleek updos with boho-style braids as well as romantic Hollywood waves. She loves working with brides and individuals during the biggest moments of their life. 

 

Kiana Pickett, Reno

Kiana is down to earth, kind, and loves doing makeup. She moved to Reno in 2000 and is a multi-cultural cosmetologist. Hair and makeup is her passion. She loves doing print/editorial/bridal work. Her goals for the future include becoming a celebrity artist/stylist and to continue doing set work. She has certified training from Jenny O, Terri Tomlinson, and Priscilla Uno (Rihanna’s makeup artist). While she loves a natural look, glam is her jam. 

 

 

Shannon Pulley, Reno

Shannon has over 18 years experience as a professional makeup artist. She is dedicated to her work and is very precise. She began her career in New York City learning fashion, film, TV, and bridal makeup. Shannon specializes in both standard and airbrush makeup and cares for her clients.  Her approach to makeup is a natural soft glam with a focus on flawless complexions.
